I Think I Can, I Think I Can ...
Well I gave it my best shot to try and do all four paintings of The Little Miss Series in one week. I nearly got there but I've run out of steam. Long hours have taken their toll. They are so close to being finished but I started making silly mistakes so I thought I will give it up for tonight and see if I can finish them off tomorrow. I am still very happy with how much I got done in one week. It was a huge task and I nearly made it, yay!!!

Uta, amazing thing happen when we put our mind to it, doesn't? And I always love a challenge and I see you have given one to yourself this past year but this put the cherrie on the top of it all. I took a look at you Bubble site a few days ago and I'm so amazed to see what you have done. It's like I witness each one being born... Oh heck I did witness them. So Proud.

I have no time to do paintings right now :-(
There are so many other things to do.
Paintings have to wait for a while.
Wow! So now this is good - take it slow - sit back and sometimes good to just look and appreciate and then the finishing touches.
Let those artistic fun-loving fingers rest a bit. Little Miss Series will understand. Your artistic energy is amazing. Glad you have the awareness to step back and take a deep breath and reflect. All in good time those legs will spring forth. I'm behind you cheering you on!
I cannot wait to see these when you are finished, Uta. ¥ou have been working so hard. And thanks for the little teasers. These are going to be special.
I'm so glad you let the cleaning go, what the heck. The dust always catches up with us no matter how much we chase it around.

Hi Uta,I am a friend of April. I will be joining the AW group next session. Just wanted to comment on your work........LOVE IT! It is so interesting to me, how much we artists are alike..the same images attract us...I have a collection of photos, from various sources,of childrens shoes...just the shoes(legs attached sometimes too!) SO when I saw your series..I was in heaven...and I can't get over kangaroos in your life
